The registration fee covers:
- Scientific sessions
- Welcome reception (only for those attending the first day of the conference)

Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat on or before 31 December 2025 to receive a 30% refund of the registration fee after deducting the bank’s handling charge. No refunds will be issued thereafter.
