*Remarks:
All staff and full-time students of CUHK Medicine, as well as alumni of CUHK Nursing, are eligible for a 50% discount.[3]
The registration fee covers:
- Scientific sessions
- Welcome reception (only for those attending the first day of the conference)
- Coffee breaks
Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat on or before 31 December 2025 to receive a 30% refund of the registration fee after deducting the bank’s handling charge. No refunds will be issued thereafter.
